I have created the following promotions in an effort to give back to my clients as much as possible.  It is a privilege for me to be able to give my clients top notch service while simultaneously helping them save thousands of dollars.

I know that each real estate transaction is unique so it is important for me to take the time to get to know your situation and learn your goals in order to properly formulate a plan of action to get your home SOLD! The following is my Full Service Listing Plan

  • Professional Photography- HDR Luxury Photos, 4k Video Tour, Aerial Drone Photos

  • Email Blast to Personal and Company Mailing Lists- 5,000+ Contacts

  • Internet Advertising- Facebook, Instagram and Twitter Posts; Paid and Organic, Craigslist Posts, Reverse Targeting, Google Adwords

  • Print Advertising- Just Listed Postcards, HD Printouts left in major shopping areas, Newspaper, Diner Mats

  • Open Houses/Broker Tours

Up to a 1% Buyer’s Rebate!

Yes you read that correctly.  If you purchase a home with me in 2018 I will pay you!  I will be able to offer you up to a 1% rebate on the sales price of any home.  For example; If you purchase a $300,000 home I will give you up to a $3,000 rebate that you can use towards your closing costs or new furniture. There aren’t many agents out there that will PAY YOU, but if you decide to work with me I will make you an offer you cannot refuse! Certain restrictions do apply.

The Deluxe Give Back Option

This option will provide you with the most bang for your buck.  If you sell your home with me and purchase a newer home of equal or greater value I can offer you a full service listing at 4.5% and up to a 1% buyers rebate. For instance, if you sold a $300,000 home and then purchased at $500,000 with me I can help you save up to $9,500. Can you imagine what you could do with an extra $9,500!  Certain restrictions do apply.
